Sobald die Tracking-Nummer raus ist, können sie jederzeit sehen, wo ihr Paket bleibt und davor Änderungen bis zum Versand selbst im Empfänger-Interface vornehmen. Wenn du unseren Fulfillment-Dienst nutzt, kannst du auch gerne unseren Kundenservice in Anspruch nehmen.

Haben deine Kunden die falsche Postleitzahl angegeben, sich in der Hausnummer vertan oder möchten eine Türnummer angeben, können sie die ändern, – bis das Label gedruckt ist und das Paket abgeschickt wird. Selbst wenn das Paket umgeleitet werden soll, die Artikelanzahl sich ändert oder die Bestellung storniert werden soll, hält WeShip dich flexibel. Deine Kunden erhalten per E-Mail einen Zugang zu unserem Empfänger-Interface, in dem sie direkt Änderungen vornehmen oder Retourenlabels genieren können.
